We saw a gap -
so we filled it.
Chorum was inspired by real world experience, a reflection on how many isolated assets it generally requires to truly understand the voice and value of customer, and how common it is to have areas of a business misaligned on prioritization of work.
Before Chorum existed, we noticed a big problem.
Our goal was to create something which represents visibility, regardless of business function. An opportunity to ensure we’re not just looking inward when we’re planning, optimizing our product or service, and delivering work.
